16 of his 17 RBI are with RISP this season. This guy is hitting .407-.469-.630-1.098 with RISP. He is basically telling Joe Mauer and Justin Morneau that they ain't s***.

The reason that Nix isn't in the lineup (over Vizquel) is because Ozzie hates his approach at the plate. He'd honestly prefer Nix to put the ball on the ground then to take pitches and look to drive the ball.

Nix hasn't shown he can hit RHP, that's why he's not playing. Vizquel has had some success against Meche. I don't understand him DHing though.
