Detroit has even worse pitching and they have two flukes waiting to tank in Boesch and Jackson.

I agree Boesch isn't going to hit .340 but the guy is for real in my opinion. We're going on 240 ABs here and he really hasn't had any prolonged slumps. The ball jumps off his bat and he's going to be surrounded by some pretty solid hitters. I expect his BA to fade a bit, but not so much his power numbers.

 

There are gonna be a lot of pitchers used in this one, today.

I was at the game yesterday and some of the routes Jones takes are awful. His defensive skills this year are a shadow of what he was before.

As i just said in the chat... i have seen him make about two catches like that all season... with 10+ dropping in for a hit... all seemingly with men on.

I left for abit with score 8-1 ans come bqack to 8-5. This was not a pretty game for the kid Hudson I see

He was a two pitch pitcher, and his fastball was flat and getting destroyed. One thing is that he doesn't have a lot of sink on his fastball. Great job Pena!

He runs to much with his glove out...he needs to run to a spot, as he'll get there faster.
