I always imagined I would hit a HR for the White Sox before Juan Pierre did.

Cmon now Ger....J4L gave credit where credit is due...now it's your turn...

I will always hate Juan Pierre (I hate him the second most on ST behind Kalapse) and yes, I will actually give him praise for hitting a ball farther than I ever thought he would hit a ball. Congrats Juan.

Porcello had actually been pretty decent to good since his recall I believe. He's back to old form today though.

Porcello brought his A game today eh?

C'mon, don't trash the guy....he brought AT LEAST his AA game, if not AAA.

:D

It'd be darn nice to pummel the first pitcher out of their pen right now to make another guy or two have to come in and work this game, given that there's another game tonight and 2 more this series.

No, I mean for his play this season since his rough start..

Second? That's debatable. I wish the search function worked. I killed JP in 2006 when he was a Cub.

Love your signature btw. I basically agree with it.

maybe juan can get the cycle!

This is like crazy day.

Ya the offense can't let up at all here. Try and make them use as much of their pen right now as possible.

And about Pierre, he has actually been pretty good since his terrible start to the year.

Kotsay double play?

I wouldn't bet against you.

He stayed out of it!

Haha.. wish I was lying.. but it's true. I was one of the ones who was disgusted at the trade. I thought I ripped him to shreds.. then I saw Kal's post and realize at least he hates him more than me. Prior to the Cubs, I was never a fan of his since like 2003 with the Marlins. (obviously why)

Kotsay is just poo.

What was Hawk's reaction to that Kotsay pop out?

"HE JUST MISSED IT! DAGGUMMIT!"

Kotsay has surpassed Erstad and Mackowiak for most annoying Sox season of the 2000's.

Almost hit three dingers in one inning. This should help Torres relax a bit for tonight's 2nd game...if we can take the first.

The one positive I can say about him is he's dependable. When he's at the plate, you know exactly what you're going to get.

How in the world is my Impeach Kotsay movement not overflowing with people yet?

It's the 2010's though now...are you calling the full "Millennium"?

And you're forgetting some of the guys from the early part of the decade. David Wells, Royce Clayton have to be up there.

Grindiness with a chance of an infield pop up

Pretty good? Now that I look at the numbers, and you factor in his defense, he's been outstanding. Yes, I used the word outstanding to describe Juan Pierre.

Well I didn't notice it on your sig. But now that I do, count me in.
