Is something personal bothering Carlos? How can he be playing this bad?

wtf carlos

taking his bat into the field with him, that's what. He ought to be pulled.

The only problem is playing Mark Teahen out there with his 750 OPS and DHing Quentin isn't much better...because Teahen will never hit like a corner outfielder and Quentin doesn't have the mindset for DHing yet at this point in his career.

Edwin Jackson is never going to want to stick around here in 2012 if the defense continues to make errors that he has to pitch around.

And we want Ramirez to hit off the Indians' phenom and yet not hit against one of their many struggling starters? I hope Manny isn't stupid enough to go out tonight in his former "hometown."

I almost prefer giving Jones more opportunities out in RF. We can't afford defense like that and I'm not seeing much difference in their offensive game.

MANNY MANNY MANNY

we found gold with that cuban right there.

Give this man some run support.

Alexei has the GG locked up.

Glad that Carlos could add to Jackson's pitch total. That's good for the whole team.

Where did Carlos Quentin learn not to field the ball?

Not at Stanford.

Supposedly he always had pretty good or at least decent defensive metrics in the minors and with the D-Backs, and REPORTEDLY a good throwing arm as well. All offseason, the theory is that he would be "fine" once he went back to his natural position in RF. So much for that.

His improvement moving to his right, this year, is unbelievable. He's so good out there.

If he keeps pitching like this, then it's all but certain. The question then becomes can you keep him past 2011.

At least Edwin pitched over the mistake. Something most of our other pitchers seem to have trouble doing.

It is a confusing thing for sure. He has shown some good moves out there and at other times just like this one he has been real bad

You must be crazy. Not with these dumbass managers/coaches botching the award every year.

That's the mark of a good pitcher
