UPDATE 2: TMZ reports that according to sources close to the situation, WWE officials realized that they overreacted and that it would put the expectation on them to take similar actions against talent who get arrested for just about any infraction, including DUIS.

 

 

UPDATE: WWE.com reports that "upon further evaluation," the company has reinstated Emma to her position in the company. They added that they "will take appropriate punitive action for her violation of the law."

 

It's worth noting that the company was besieged with comments on the initial WWE.com news article announcing her firing by people pointing out the hypocrisy of releasing Emma while keeping Cameron, who a couple of years ago had a DUI where she reportedly tried to bribe the police officer. Whether that played a factor or not isn't known. The news article (which is the same as the above) has had all comments cleared and now cannot be commented upon.

20 min match and he looked strong losing to a top guy. No problem with that IMO. What I was surprised is a 20 min match with two of the WWEs top talents was so far down the card.
