Where the hell is that bum Shipps?

Rumor has it he's been p****whipped and will never be back.

Shipps has capsized after heeding the Siren's Call.

So, my sister got engaged this weekend. That's exciting. She's known the guy since HS, but only really dating for a few months.

Tell her Milkman from Soxtalk said congratulations. I'm sure she'll be thrilled.

I have a stump in my backyard from a bush we removed last year. We want to get most of it out because we would like to put a garden there. Because of the location, toughness and extent of the root structure, I dont have the option to just dig it out. What are some good options to remove it?

The one option I saw was to drill holes, poor in a drying agent, then burn it out. Yea, it's 2 feet from a wood fence, not an option.

I'm making changes to a computer program at work and I just noticed that it was originally created less than a month before my first birthday.

Working on punch cards?

Not sure how big your stump is, but stump removal generally is one of those things that is actually cheaper to have somebody else do than to do it yourself. I only know this because I know a guy who does stump removal for a living.

I have found that is often easier to just landscape around them, like planting tulips around them.

That is the only way these days I can ensure that I'll regularly have tulips wrapped around my stump.

Actually, the company I'm at has been around longer than NASA.

I traded in my beautiful baby blue 2007 Ford Mustang, it had the pony package, a white racing stripe along the side and black leather interior. Having a kid makes a two door sports car kinda useless. Whenever we go somewhere with the boy, we had to take my wife's leased 2011 Honda Civic. I had to do it. The silver lining? My new, gently used, silver 2010 Dodge Charger SXT with a spoiler, black interior and a black racing stripe down the side. Now I can actually put a car seat for my son in my car. I do miss my Mustang. I've been driving Mustangs for 13 years. (sigh) I'm gonna go look and see if it's listed on the Carmax website yet.

The moral to this story...if you like your sports car, don't have kids.

I feel that there's a deeper meaning to this.

For some reason that story reminded me of reading about the Shuttle program looking for parts on Ebay, because they stuff they needed was no longer being made.

But the Charger is 1 million times cooler than the Mustang.
