January 21, 201115 yr My take is that a manager's actions can hurt a team more than they can help a team. I feel Ozzie is a feast or famine manager; his highs are high, and his lows are low, therefore if I were a GM he wouldn't be my manager.

Having him under contract makes it possible they could get compensation for basically "firing" him next year.
