He is in Chicago, becoming a citizen of the USA. Per Merkin.

Oh yeah, that's right. I think they said he will miss tomorrows game too.

Good for Dayan. It is nice to know he likes it here.

Sounds like a rain out

Can't believe they didn't build Target Field with a retractable roof.

Or any new stadium built that isn't on the west coast...

Damn. The last thing we need to do is get games backed up like the rest of the division.

Yep. We've been pretty lucky so far this season. Seems like we've played 4-5 more games than everyone else.

Heard Farmio say that they were told there will be a game.

I'd heard that but had forgotten. Darn.

Tarp is still on the field and it is still raining in Minny.

I am going to pick Dinkleman to be the bulls*** luck player of the day.

Part of me will want to angrily shake my fist at the TV while shouting, "DINKLE-MANNNN!!!"

radar looks bad. Maybe it lightens up enough to play but I doubt it.

tentative 8:45 start time FUUUUUUUUUU

I'd like to know if the Sox have ever made it through the first 68 games without a rainout ever before this season. Is there a stat for that?

Edited by flavum

These television shows on the u are perhaps the most unimaginative crap that I've seen.

Is that CT or ET?

If this does get rained out, they get to replace a game now with one later when they have Mauer et al.

Minneapolis and Chicago are both CT. I'll go with that.

Game has been postponed. no makeup date.

I'll go with game postponed.

Both trips back to Minnesota don't have off days around them, so that 6-man might come in handy in August.

LAME

I blame the Twins organization for the rain...

Why they built a stadium in Minnesota with no retractable roof is beyond me.

You know much that costs? They didn't have any more problems with weather than any other team last year. The Minnesota weather thing is overblown.

Yeah, like $10M if my memory serves me.

Isn't the Metrodome still standing? Just move the game next door.
