First game thread of the year, hopefully I bring them some luck

 

 

 

Let's do this thing. I'm setting aside the evening for my Sox. I'll go down with the ship if I have to, but we haven't taken on too much water yet.

I dread this series, but we can't lose to this team forever.

 

So let's kick some ass, eh?

The way the White Sox are struggling to score runs, and given their inability to beat the Twins, I see no reason to expect anything better than a split at best, and probably the Twins taking 3 of 4.

At least we have Humber to look forward to tonight.

I dunno about you guys but I wouldn't be opposed to put Beckham at the 2 slot, just to try out atleast something to give a spark in the lineup. Beckham has turned it around somewhat especially his K rate is down, so why not test him out back at the 2nd spot again.

The White Sox seem to think that if something works one day it should stay that way for weeks on end regardless.

 

Morel is not a #2 hitter, Dunn is not a #3 hitter and Pierrre right now is about as close to a lead off hitter that they have. I would give Lillibridge some props there but Tuesday night wasa travesty for him and Dunn as usual.

What's wrong with this lineup? I like it.

This lineup can't be any worse than what we have had. The radical nature of it might actually change some mentalities at the plate.

Going with Juan first, Morel second and Dunn third this series is buzzkill, baby.
