Why not? 8th inning tie game to put winning run on third?

Because the chances of Dunn striking out are tremendous.

What an absolutely awful swing by Done. Sit your ass down.

Please bench this joke.

I'll just close my eyes and imagine Adam hit a sac fly to move De Aza over.

Not even close...take a seat Mr. Awful

what a mental midget Dunn is

I know Rios has been swinging a hot bat lately, but I really wish he was bunting there. As good as our bullpen has been, we only need one run.

Do you really trust Dunn to get him in?

Hey, it advanced the runner....

Horrendous.

I think they would have walked Dunn if Rios had put runners on second and third.

Dunn is just pressing way too much. DL him for two weeks already.

No one is going to walk Dunn right now, my friend.

The worst part is he at least used to have a good eye at the plate. Now it seems he swings at balls and takes strikes.

I'd rather see Buehrle hit than Dunn.

I bet they would have walked Dunn with open base and his success vs Johnson.

Wow, great job Gordon.

you kidding me? where the f*** were you going to hit that?

Seriously, you swing at that? Holy hell, he sucks. Just an absolutely worthless player from the 7th inning and later.

Gordon is just swinging wildly since that home run Monday.

Eh maybe a with a righty on the mound. Never know and i think the right baseball move was to bunt but with us he prolly would have popped iit up

Will this be another game that goes by the wayside due to our manager?

Seems like having Rios bunt the runners over - then pinch hitting Dunn for Alexi would have been an obvious decision.

Bobby valentine on baseball tonight said that he needs to go get his eyes checked because hes missing balls by a few feet

Rios has never bunted in the past according to Ozzie, and he won't be bunting in the future it seems. With the guys we had coming up after him, Rios getting a hit was probably our best chance of scoring.

Well, Rios is our hottest hitter right now and so I like the aggressive play.

I know if I'm the opposing manager I would not be walking Adam Dunn no matter the situation right now.
