defense doing great for us so far, as is Matt Schaub

A player may not bat or punch:

(a) A loose ball (in field of play) toward his opponent’s goal line or in any direction in either end zone.

(b) A ball in player possession.

haha I wonder how this hasn't been called against Tillman yet.

There has to be some other part of the rule missing. You could never strip with that rule.

4th and 3 and you throw a 30 yard pass?

I'd say the key to enforcement is that Tillman doesn't stand there like a boxer and punch, it is simply part of the tackling motion and thus not a real dangerous maneuver like throwing punches that could cause injury. Not to mention players everywhere are taught to do this when able so it will be difficult for an official to notice it unless it is unbelievably exagerrated

Foster is running all over the Bears

Linebackers for Bears getting burned

wow

Tice is a damn imbecile. I don't know if its him or Jay that keeps calling throws to Devin Hester deep, or throwing it to Kellen Davis when everyone knows he sucks. But whoevers fault it is, theyre f***ing up big time

Edited by RZZZA

that's a nice looking cake!

Why are they doing this squib kick garbage? It burned Carolina.

ok try not to fumble or throw a pick this time

Hester should run quick short slants or act as the safety valve. Our running game is non existent right now,

Or throwing deep on 3rd and 1.

And Hester is expendable with these new kick rules negating his skills.

Hope they can overturn the forward pass call. The announcers think it definitely is legal, but without an "official" line to look at, it may be hard to overturn the original call.

crap

That wasn't an illegal pass.

Put the team on your back Jay!

Doesn't exactly negate the forward pass issue, but it certainly lessens the sting

Hey Jay...you should slide. Not go head first. That's just stupid. You weren't gonna get more yards by going head first.

Cutler looking to run tonight

How was that confirmed??

As the broadcasters said, the ref didn't have the redline to use. It's stupid.
