Can someone explain what happened?

Yeah, the extra innings went to a black screen because of the Bulls game.

Can't fault Beckham there, he was out, it was a great relay throw.

Was he out?

Very out. Close play, but a perfect throw.

Yup, throw just beat him, perfectly done by Oakland. Ball was in the corner by the bullpen

The whitesox better be having base running and bunting lessons all weekend long, I can't watch a game like this again it pisses me off too much.

I'm having that bad feeling again that I had yesterday......I'm thinking it's Sogard this time....

Yeah, that was a perfect relay throw, tough play. Sending him was a good call, Oakland just executed to perfection

Well one run would of been across the plate if our bench players didn't imitate 8 year old pinto baseball.

He was clearly out. Either Gordon got slower or he wasn't that fast to begin with. He should have scored on that ball, Rios smoked it down in the A's bullpen and it was down there for at least 3-4 seconds. Pennington made a nice relay throw and Sogard made a perfect throw home.

That freaking throw one-hopped Sogard, too.

Everything that can go wrong WILL go wrong.

This is one of those games it just hurts to be a White Sox fan.

I was prepared to be ok with this loss...but now...it's difficult.

Damn it Lillibridge.

Good thing Rios squeezed it. If Oakland ever gets a baserunner the A's will mercifully win.

Prolly be a walkoff tho.

QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Apr 25, 2012 -> 07:05 PM)
AJ pulled the bunt back, Lilli got caught flat-footed and Suzuki threw him out back at 2nd

Then Rios smokes one down the LF line, Beckham is sent home and thrown out

Thanks. Ugh.

I'm so pissed at Lillibridge, I'm gonna go and insult him on twitter. Ok I won't but what the f***!

Why can't anything go our way?

The true measure of Robin's managing chops will be how we recover from this game, win or lose. Can't keep playing like this even if our pitching can keep us in this thing.

Yeah, when I saw that throw, I thought Gordon was definitely scoring. I expected to see him standing up when they made the throw to home plate. I guess not.

Do you even know the definition of a walkoff win? A win by the home team in extra innings "Must" be a walkoff win, by definition. Do you know this little about this sport?

First inning and this last inning, something like five hits, multiple doubles in one inning ZERO FREAKING RUNS.

I'll have to agree with Greg's disgraceful tag at this point.

This game kills us if we lose.

The A's are the home team, so yes...

We had all spring training to teach them this. Some of these guys have been our property in the minors for enough instruction time. The whitesox however treat instruction in the minors for position players like its a foreign concept.

I can't get MLB.tv to work and the At Bat app keeps effing up. Gah

It's one hard fought extra inning game. GMAB.

Jesus, did he trip or something?

Great job by Jones.
