White Sox vs Indians 1:10 CST

Featured Replies

Could easily have been four or more runs if Dunn doesn't misread that ball over Kipnis' head.

Viciedo got robbed of an RBI when Konerko wasn't sent, but Ramirez picked him up.

BTW, Konerko hitting .571 in his 12 game hitting streak. Should have been close to .600 if Dunn would have gotten to second.

Last time White Sox scored 9 or more runs in 4 consecutive games was in 1938.

This is the latest a White Sox hitter has been at or close to .400 in the history of the franchise.

Fielder's choice.

It would be a shame if he finished the season at .399 because of that AB

Ah Fielder's Choice. It reminded me of the cheap hits the Twins used to get. I'm going to take a picture when he hits .400.

Gavin looks horrible out of the stretch today. Fastball down a few mph and hanging everything. He needs to ditch that cutter and throw more curves.

Oh come on Gavin. You're supposed to protect the lead after you get one.

Nice 2 strike pitch Floyd.

UGH.

Can we ever hold a lead, pitching staff? LOL.

The excuse can't be the fact that the White Sox have given Floyd the 3rd worst run support in the AL (just under 3 runs per start).

12/22 lifetime for Damon against Floyd.

lol @ criticizing Dunn on that play

That was fast...

Can he just never pitch from the stretch? Every pitch he's thrown from the stretch has been awful today. This starting pitching outside of Sale has been really bad of late.

13 for 23 Damon against Floyd.

1st homer as an Indian. Came into that AB at .153.

And all our clutch hitting again goes out the window with one swing, lol.

Jesus christ Gavin, what the hell?

Johnny f***in Damon?? Dont let this get out of control Gavin.

And Bad Gavin shows up. Gonna have to be a slugfest again...

Go to hell Gavin, Jesus....

Come on Gavin!

Pea brain Gavin on the mound... Mr nibbler

It's hard to expect the offense to bring it every day.

Woulda been nice for that 3-0 lead to stand up for several innings.

Cmon Gavin, you have the talent.

Mercy, he might not make it out of this inning

Trade Floyd now.

Ooops.

Don't think he even got hit there. Did he? Don Cooper, not even you can work miracles with Mr. Headcase.

I loathe Gavin.

Yeah, they've been saying that for over a decade.

Some scout will be saying it 25 years from now about the first time he scouted Gavin.

Gavin just doesn't have much to get lefties out. Doesn't trust his changeup and can't locate his curveball today. Would be a different ballgame if he'd use his change.

Coop looked PISSED. Haha

Gavin now has a 5.05 ERA.

Ooops.

Marson now 1 for 10 career-wise against Floyd, haha.

What next? 3 run homer by Choo?

Edited by caulfield12

Was it Heads yesterday saying he couldn't remember the last time Hawk really broke down AJ's swing?

He's doing the exact same thing with Gavin/Steve Stone's motions today.
