This inning should of never happened. However we decided to start a bumbler who decided to take a stroll to first during a playoff push. Hopefully the manager learning on the job gets better in the long haul.

I'd love to hear his explanation for why he didn't let Alexei hit for Olmedo in the 6th inning. Maybe Kenny can question this team's intellect again.

5-10 against KC, 4-10 against DET

Cue Greg775 rant.

You just had a feeling this game was over when Rios hit into that DP.

But you would have thought when we actually threw out Escobar we were going to get out of the 10th unscathed.

Olmedo should never step foot on the field again

Myers?

Yes, he's terrible now

You can't win if you can't score. I blame the offense. I haven't been able to watch or even follow all of this game, but I did see a live look-in of Rios blowing a golden chance to win the game, and it was hard not to see the momentum shifting away from us right there.

I f***ing HATE the Royals. Garbage, garbage team.

We can't still have the best BA with RISP, can we?

It feels like we're dead last in that category over the past few weeks

Still want to know where that 3-2 pitch to Butler was?

We can't afford performances like that from our supposed relief corp when our offense has been sucking so bad in the clutch

This team couldn't be playing dumber today.

Boesch is stranded on 2B by Peralta after doubling.

3-2 Angeles into the bottom of the 7th.

And you wonder why under 20,000 came out to this game on a beautiful Sunday afternoon, despite the Bears' game.

Nobody has much faith in our bullpen holding up against really good teams.

Olmedo needs to be released....

Yes, he's terrible now

20 of 25 appearances have been scoreless. He's only given up runs to a non-Royals opponent twice. A week or two ago he was our only reliable reliever.

With the standards we have here, we wouldn't pitch anybody in late innings.

The pitching, besides Myers, deserves kudos today. This is all on the offense and coaching.

More pitching changes you make, the better chance you have of putting someone in who is off.

Alright, let's hit an 18-run homer and win this s***.

Come on you White Sox show a fight, win this game! It's been done before.

Go back and look at it. It wasn't a strike. Get over it.

I couldn't care if Alexei sodomized a blow up doll while waving I love Castro flags. Play him over the bumbler. It's September in a pennant race.

We were at .294.

Then it fell to .285, and that was a couple of days ago.

I think it's 15/81 now for the last 9 games, since Alexei's single couldn't score the runner...should have sent him anyway and hoped the Royals actually made a bad throw for once.

Yep stranger things have happened

Lets go back to back to back.

Did you see the pitch Butler was called out on in his previous AB?

Beckham up 4th. I can't wait.

The standings are lovely, but I'm tired of hearing how s***ty White Sox fans are for not supporting this team better. It's a very hard product to watch a large percentage of the time, and anybody who watches it consistently knows why a lot of us are in a foul mood a lot of the time.
