The last couple are very good and were actually compelling enough that I'll watch a 2nd season. It's certainly not a fast paced show but I was engrossed throughout. Also, the series is over after one season. I think that's why it got nominated as a mini-series at the Emmys.

What in the f***ing f*** was all that s***? - I know I'm late to the party, but was giving Harrison to a psychopath a better solution than, oh, I don't know, his grandparents to live with his siblings? - The lumberjack stuff. What? - Why does Deb get thrown in the water? Why did Dexter steal her corpse?? No funeral? Worst ending ever.

I know Breaking Bad ended without any real "surprises", but I will take that over bad "surprises" any day.
