Hell yes, except I worry that winning the opener 1-0 might be a sign of bad things to come.

Lmao

We never hit well against the Royals. It's never good to only score one run, but I don't think it's a bad sign yet.

See balta's post for the joke I intended.

It would be even better if the Tigers pen blows it opening day hahaha

Time to open up my itunes and play Come Sale Away !

Go Twins!

Bases loaded, only one out, down 3-1 in the bottom of the 7th. Al Route 55 coming in to quell the uprising.

Ryan Pillsbury Doughmitt with an oppo single. 3-2, still bases juiced.

World Series here we come!

Why was Gillaspie in there in the 9th? I don't remember Paulie ever really being taken out for defense at the end of the game in recent memory. Nothing about him being injured right?

Alburquerque still has a devastating slider, no matter how many surgeries he's undergone.

Oh, well. Tigers will have issues closing by committee, in all likelihood.

Two more innings for the Twins to rally.

Well, I understand Paulie isn't a great first baseman, but I don't think Conor is much better. That's what was weird about it.

More range.

More range.

WAY WAY more range.

Great game, one of the better OD games I've attended.

Robin addressed it in the press conference. Said part of it was getting Conor some time in an MLB game since he has barely played at this level before.

And it's just a really nice feeling to get a taste of playing in front of a soldout/SRO crowd.
