Stop throwing so many damn 90 mph fastballs over the plate! Seriously, make Desmond hit curves.

Another fastball inner half.

God damn you Gavin

The pitch selection is insane

Crazy, 6 of the 7 video highlights are for the Nationals at MLB.com. And I thought ESPN was biased, lol.

So much for pecking away at the lead.

Sigh.

That was sexy de aza..... wow

Take him out now.

Denard Span Jr out there just killing us.

Its like clockwork....why did we give this guy his option?

OK Gavin give up nothing this inning and it's a QS.

You might as well ask for the lotto numbers next drawing. I cannot wait till he is gone.

Ground out RBI isn't sexy.

What highlight would you give for the Sox tonight?

And....if you haven't noticed, dips***, they are swinging early in the count...might want to mix it up a bit. So there is that one run we struggled to get back.

Never realized how bad Gavin's career ERA in April and May is compared to every other month. Reminds me a bit of LaRoche on the Nats

I'm not going to say Gavin has a Zito curve but I'd sure like to see it more often.

For about 5 years now, I've pleaded for him to throw more curves. If the opponent beats you on it, you tip your cap. It's the only pitch he has that is above average but seems to get way too much damage done on his lesser pitches.

*facepalm*

Maybe giving up that run on the curve to Espinosa spooked him.

Well, Gavin's easily thrown off his game.

Setting up well for the Nationals to be the back-breaking inning. SANTIAGO, POR FAVOR.

Seriously, can none of our guys go past 75 pitches?

Do you think it's that or is the opposition making adjustments while our pitchers/catchers aren't?

Great Donnie Veal will come in and walk Span.

Interesting...not liking that at all

OK Veal try not to walk the 1st lefty you face this time.
