It would be a terrible thing for our starting pitcher to give up 10 runs, even if we win.

Not if it fast tracks Santiago. Of course, he is already on the fast track, and only the Sox are stopping him so I doubt that helps either.

With this team it won't hurt.

I dont think, say, an Astros type rebuild helps attendance at all. Fact of the matter is this franchise is facing that in the next few years. But this franchise isn't that popular to draw decent numbers and rebuild. Hell most teams can't.

Floyd makes me want to throw up. But clamoring to tank for the number 1 draft pick is sickening.

Even the Cubs fans are already tired of their rebuilding and it's only year 2. I'm sure 100 losses would really put faith back into the organization for Sox fans.

Marty made plenty of outlandish statements in his time, but this one takes the cake IMO.

This might be a 90-loss team.

Another good at bat for Conor

Come on Tank rip one.

Isn't that your goal?

Lol...keep trolling.

lol

Viciedo is so predictable now. However, not sure what the point is in playing him against a RHP with a good fastball right now.

How so? If it means a non-prospect in Axelrod gets bumped for a potential #3 starter in Santiago, it could be a good thing for the organization in the short and long run.

This offense is so bad.

We should of got 2 that inning.
