Maybe base running skills? So 2.5, but those aren't the 2.5 that compose a leader. I mean Paulie only has 2 as well, but those 2 keep you around for 15 years leading a club, Gordon's make you a nice utility player...

Having tools isn't what makes you a leader, unless you want to call Albert Belle a leader.
