I want the fingerprint lock!

I have that on my HP laptop, works nice.

I dont have it locked to get into it but most of the apps and anything that has personal info on it needs pw's.

Forced to use a pin or password because of work email.

Only reason I have a pin.

I usually use a pattern on mine.

My phone isn't advanced enough to have a lock like that.

This.

I never did until my last relationship... now I lock it with a swipe pattern. (I leave it laying around my station at work too charging, you just never know with people..)

This.

At least I'm not the only one.

If it wasn't giving up my fingerprints to the NSA, the fact taht I should lock but don't is why the iphone 5s fingerprint thing is a bit intriguing to me.

+1

I started locking it because people can't be trusted to keep their nose out of other people's business.

They already have your prints.

Always lock your phone when you're living with your buddies. Never know what will happen if you don't.

Just wondering...what exactly is the swipe pattern?

Is there a way to customize the swipe or something?

Yes you create your own swipe.

Mine is the triforce.

I added a swipe to my phone in light of this thread.

Did facial recognition for a bit, it worked really well, but I don't feel like looking myself in the eye every time I unlock my phone

How do you people avoid butt dialing? I'm sick of looking down at my phone at 11 pm and it's dialing somebody who is asleep.

Any solutions for me?

Get a pin for your lockscreen.

Should but too lazy

I now lock my phone with a pin because the iOS7 update made me. Probably a good move.
