If Paulino can get through the 5th, that's a pretty decent first start for a 5th starter that just happens to be pitching the second game.

Because why? No reason to overpay for something or make knee jerk reaction. Flowers is here because they like the way he works with the pitchers, they need to find another option but its not like there are a ton of quality C's available.

It's definitely bad that we have two ~.200 hitters at the bottom of the order.
