I'm just throwing this out there for discussion, isn't he the worst batter you could have behind "The Big Donkey"? Not that Dunn is going to score on many hits but I also don't see having someone who pounds the ball into the ground as a good hitter behind a behemoth like Dunn.

You are right. But the KC feed actually showed his foot was very very close to the bag. His foot slipped off the side, which made it hard to see, but the KC feed does show that he trapped the ball, which according to the KC announcers is why they think he was safe in the end.

 

I know all this because the video is now up on MLB Gameday, and it's the KC feed.

Semien seems to be up everytime we need a 2 out hit.

I really enjoy Semien's swing path. He has linedrive written all over that swing. Reminds me of Rios last year.
