If they can't use replay to discipline umps for balls and strikes what good is it?

Quintana better be getting this strike zone now. This is horrid. Both De Aza's K's were not strikes and Flowers was borderline at best, whereas Quintana hasn't gotten that all game.

I think DeAza complaining shortened the leash of the umpire. He tossed him for throwing the bat.

I agree the bad minor league system is killing the Sox right now nobody is ready..........Semien should be down in AAA and De Aza DFA.

MLB is a joke and has been for a number of years in cases involving bad umpiring and players getting thrown out, fined or suspended.

People that hate Hawk really should listen to replays of today's game and yesterdays. He's funny, interesting and good. Stoney too. Very enjoyable to listen to this. Not plastic announcers voices but good BASEBALL talk.

Just send Semien down and let Garcia play a bit more often.

 

It's not like Marcus is doing anything to help the team offensively or defensively, and he's not like Dyson who can steal bases at will in the late innings, either.

 

Give those at-bats to Saladino. Doesn't really matter. Need to get Semien regular playing time and back into an offensive rhythm, his confidence is clearly down.

 

 

 

As far as Tyler goes, he made the mistake of getting personal and using "you" and that's always a no-no, that personal, accusatory tone when getting on an umpire.
