Who would have predicted pre-season that by June 10th Conor Gillaspie would be hitting 170 points higher in the majors than Matt Davidson at AAA

 

It's becoming hard to envision a scenario where Davidson takes over 3rd from Gillaspie unless there's an injury or trade.

Would you guys relax about Abreu? He is streaky, good and bad. He had like a 1/27 streak after his hot start of the season, then broke out of it. It happens, get used to it

Oh Hawk. But wow Miguel crushed that ball. Inevitable that one of these long fly balls was gonna get out, at least nobody was on base and we're still in the lead.

This is where Noesi fell apart his first game against the Tigers this year...not sure if he was pitching for the Mariners or Rangers, but he pitched 3 scoreless then gave up a crooked number.

 

Looks like he's going to limit the damage this time.

Nice defense there by Conor as well, some really nice swings by the Tigers but Noesi through 4 with only 1 run given up.
