Nice to see a guy who understands that in a run-producing position the job is to drive in runs, not try to earn a walk with guys on second and third.

That was a great catch in RF. I think he took a 2 run homer away from Conor.

Damn. So close.

That sucked

Should of scored a run there.

Typical De Aza baserunning. Instead of paying attention to the play, he was turned around and back on 3B.

Tough play though, you have to be certain you can score

He has to go soon.

OT: but the Little League Team from Chicago won tonight. Great for those kids. :)

I love when Belisarios first pitch goes all the way to the backstop because it is uncatchable

Not really. You tag and go down the line 10-15 feet until the throw chases you back to third, or the throw goes to home. He wasn't even watching the play.

Just for clarification, he wasn't going to score on the tag up, that was too short. But he is was paying attention he would have seen the angle of the throw was about halfway between home and 3rd, and the pitcher wasn't covering the plate as the back up. Home plate was was open.

But if you're down the line when that throw goes wide you can see no one was covering home and he could've scored easy. But I know with one out maybe you don't try it , But on the other hand maybe you do knowing a guy coming up ( Dunn) has a good chance to K.

Lindstrom is absolutely awful now. No idea why they keep using him in close games. Also, I'm ready for Snodgress to get a chance over Surkamp.

That's where you use Putnam's fresh, unused arm. Down 1 w/ 2 on/2 out. Now this game is over

The bullpen is a parody of a bad bullpen right now. It's unreal. That wasn't even that bad of a pitch but come on how about not loading the bases.

Hopefully trying to trade him.

Matty Ice. Amirite Feeky?

There's just not enough bad hitters in baseball to give me any confidence in the bullpen. The would make NL pitchers look good.

Jesus, that was a hangar. The double whatever, but you can't make that pitch with 2 strikes to Markakis.

Matt looks terrible.

Lol wow. Lindstrom is getting touched up. You can replace diarrhea with solid crap, but it's still s***.
