Well he hasn't been that way his whole career. He's had good years with the bat beforehand so somehow he had more strength in previous seasons. I wonder what the difference might be this year.

 

 

Melky is a good hitter but so far we see that team slump affecting everyone. Avi Garcia was probably doing the best for us but of course as luck has it he gets hurt.This poor offensive display is a concern obviously and pitchers not being ready to get through the very first inning is troubling. Plus they seem to give up a lot of homers

I wonder if Nolan Ryan can get enough money together to buy the White Sox. The only way this team turns it's future around is to have good baseball people in ownership. The organization is putrid from the ownership to the front office to the manager, coaches players and minor league system.

The Sox aren't in the AL Central this season. They're in the AL Wildcard Division.

Catching has been a problem for this team and you wonder who is making personnel decisions. I always throught Flowers was a great back up catcher and we should have kept AJ Perz. The management obviously saw something else and I just wonder if it was a team budget decision that clouded their judgment. We need some fiery types on this team to put a charge in folks

Eaton was supposed to be the newest sparkplug/igniter.

 

 

No reason to believe this team will be no less then 14 out ofl first and 8 to games under when they next arrive back home. Time to blow this up.

He's showing a lot of guts playing out there, but just seems like it should have been a DH game for Avi. Problem is you need LaRoche/Abreu bats in the game also.
