June 23, 201510 yr Hey guys, I am a new member to the boards. I have been a white sox fan since the Frank Thomas days, which is when I was old enough to understand and follow baseball. I love the layout and the areas of the board, and really think I'm going to like it here!!
June 23, 201510 yr Welcome aboard. Always great to add another Sox fan to the party!!! Now hopefully the team can make the necessary improvements so that it can contend consistently in the future since it looks like this year's offseason was a mirage. The concept to build around pitching is great, but you can't build your team around pitching and ignore team defense. This is the 3rd year in a row where the Sox will rank in the bottom 3-4 spots in team defense, which is just pitiful.
