and this season is ovah. it was doomed from the start with Samardzija sucking on opening day. the winning streak in July was nice though. We had a better record than the now first place Rangers at the time.

Hawk just said this season hasn't been a lot of fun.

With 2015 in hindsight... all we have to do is get rid of Avisail, Flowers and LaRoche, find starters for 3B/2B, shift Eaton to left, Trayce to center and Melky to DH.... then maybe we have a chance.

I kind of like his interview-style because it plays more to Stone's ill-utilized strengths. But it would be nice if he toned it down a bit
