What'd you expect?

Sale, for the 6-0.

But then I remembered he had a start in May.

That Detroit fellow was 5-0 also with a much better ERA. Not sure how their WHIP compares but seems like the voters don't rely on it much.

White sox get espn Wednesday night baseball this week. Unfortunately it's Danks pitching

Oh fantastic.

Kind of typical after all it's the Eastern Sports Programming Network...all Red Sox, all Yankees all the time. Regardless of if you care about them or not. Making it worse as noted...Danks is attempting to pitch that evening.

And Sale's 6th win came in May.

Talked to White Sox senior VP, sales and marketing Brooks Boyer about a number of things, including interest drawn for Chicago baseball

Boyer on possible Red Line World Series: "They experienced it in NY but NY isn’t like Chicago. The Mets-Yankees is not White Sox-Cubs."

Boyer: "None of those other rivalries are like this. This would be a true Civil War. It would really separate the city. It would be awesome.

I LOVE ROBIN VENTURA!

Robin Ventura not as excited about four first-place teams playing in Chicago tonight as some are: "I don’t care about the other game."

Dan Hayes ‏@CSNHayes 2h2 hours ago

Typo on LT. Carlos Rodon is 140th out of 149 in run support per game. Also, on list -- John Danks was 146th of 149 at 1.8 runs per.

He shouldn't care about any game that doesn't feature an AL Central/potential wild card competition teams really.

This is true. Even Mets and Yanks fans are intrigued by the intensity of our rivalry.

That's because that rivalry is so lopsided. The Yankees blow them out the water in WS titles. Sox-Cubs rarely have world burning teams so when they do it magnifies x1000.

From #WhiteSox notes: Sox are 16-0 when leading after 6 innings, 19-0 leading after 8. And they are 16-3 when they score first.

Baseball Tonight ‏@BBTN 60m60 minutes ago

The Yankees have more losses this season (18) than Chicago has from both of its teams (White Sox 10 & Cubs 6).

Tim Anderson for Masahiro Tanaka.

Top AL road ERAs: @WhiteSox 2.80, @Mariners 3.00, @BlueJays 3.06, @Indians 3.12, @Rangers 3.41

From #WhiteSox notes: Sox have scored 66 of their 139 runs (47.5 percent) in the seventh inning or later, the highest percentage in AL.
