December 11, 201510 yr Lot of veteran guys we brought in over the years thinking "hey, he's not too bad, stats look decent" and then you get a close look at them every day and realize why the other team got rid of them.
December 11, 201510 yr Off the bat, I was going to suggest you could probably throw a stone at the 2007 roster and hit some candidates- but when you consider how many players have worn a Sox uniform even since 2007, and going back before even to 1990 (and this is applicable to all teams, really), I'm not so sure anymore. I'm amused and also sad to realize that even when looking at complete rosters from as recently as 2007-present, there are quite a few that were erased from my memory. For good reason. Foulke continued a pretty good career with Oakland and Boston, Koch got hit real hard.
