This rule doesnt hurt Michigan or Ohio State or Notre Dame at all either, but it KILLS Toledo, Northern Illinois, Miami U etc. And it absolutely murders thousands of HS kids who want to earn a scholarship.

Also, Baylor is dragging their feet on releasing guys out of their LOIs which is beyond absurd under these circumstances. That athletic department is corrupt even by major college athletic department standards.
