The Santino part has to be just some lingering paperwork. He retired because of an injury and has been running a wrestling school in Canada for a bit of time now.

I wouldn't go that far but was definitely underutilized.

Cameron was the worst woman wrestler I've ever seen. She tried pinning Naomi when Naomi was on her stomach.

 

Barrett was the most misused. Couldve been a main event heel for year but got Cena'd.
