Fazier dove for a ground ball, Sands couldn't scoop his throw out of the dirt, the ball got all the way to the tarp, and Trout got thrown out trying to reach second.

 

What happened?

Trout hit a grounder to third. Frazier makes a diving stop, throw is in the dirt and gets away from Sands. Trout is slow to react and slips before heading to 2nd, which allows the throw to beat him and Saladino to get the tag down.
