I really wish more people would show up at the games

Jerry probably wont break out but you'd love to see him improve that pitch recognition and fulfill his original promise of being an everyday MLB talent

Navarro is due

Navarro tons of bad luck this year. Well deserved there.

navarro getting some of that BABIP regression going.

Lovin the look of those standings

Jackson has killed a lot of rallies this year. Come on dude.

Would be nice to see him put this game out of reach with a 3 run bomb here

Jackson kills a lot of rallies

Jackson is pretty much a black hole offensively.

sick of Jackson honestly.

ESPN announcers are talking about how happy everyone in Chicago has been with Jackson this year and are really heaping on the praise. Huh?

Can't pull the ball with any authority

The true stunner about Ajax isnt his slash line this year, but more so--

Line Drive %

career: 24%

2016: 18%

But it's not a stunner, really. It's early.

He's here to play defense. As long as he does that, I'm fine with him batting .220 on the year. Other players can pick up the offensive slack. He gets enough hits to get by. If the team were losing, it would be another story, because he is basically hitting like Tyler Flowers (with a little more graceful swing, mind you).

Lot of hate going on for the last hitter in the lineup. Definitely one of our 3 blacholes(cf, ss, and dh) will need to be addressed this season and I prefer not to mess with our outfield defense.

Rodon has a great slider today so far

Waiting for Farrell to use one of his 7 challenges

Really? Hasn't thrown the wipeout slider once tonight

this. Plus...what's the alternative?....put Sands out there more? I don't want Eaton moving anywhere. His D makes up for any current shortcomings at the plate IMO. He'll be fine...

C'mon Rodon, you gotta field that cleanly

Help yourself out Carlos.

Some bad defense. Navarro with a bad effort there
