He's under so little pressure nobody even knows how to spell his name.

Steverson.

They certainly all knew Walker's name five years ago.

Auto-correct struck apparently.

Its only 1-0 but feels like 10-0 ..

Danny f***ing Dufffy is throwing a no-hitter through 4. No wonder caulfield is so excited.

I don't want to see Sands ever again this is a damn joke. How does Sands deserve a shot over Davidson?

Because Davidson hasn't shown any ability to make (any) consistent contact against MLB opposition since 2013...and has been atrocious for the most part in the high minors. Like Mike Olt, he'll go down as yet another busted 3B prospect. There are many littered throughout the minors.

And Davidson can't play in the outfield.

Of course, Sands can't really, either.

If it means Ventura's getting replaced by Renteria, sure. He's not going to come close to the 9th with a 75-80 pitch count anyway.

This line-up alone before the game even began, you could have predicted it happening.

Hawk's attitude at Stone is so old. "I've been around this league a lot longer than you". STFU.

At least we haven't heard about the prize shelf.

Someone please get around on a fastball!

Jerry Sands is such a pile of s***.

Lmao we suck.

46% K rate for Sands

Maybe we need Konerko as hitting coach, because he could actually turn on a fastball...

But there's no way with the money and relaxing life he's got it would be worth it.

You guys having fun yet?

Is this the time in batting practice where you tell the hitters to stop working on their opposite field stroke? These at bats are so bad.

What kind of scouting reports and preparation do we even do? So bad

When you are discarded by the Indians and they're starting Lonnie Chisenhall in RF, you know you're really not good.

He's not a bad player. Would be 5th on the Sox offense in terms of fWAR.

Somebody better get F****** fired soon.

How about this worthless piece of dribble known as our hitting coach.

I honestly hope Cespedes goes on a tear next week.

This offense needs to wake the f*** up and do so now. And if it doesn't, some sort of coaching change needs to be made. I get the players are responsible for their on-field performance, but when basically the entire lineup is struggling at the same time it's something bigger than that. These guys are clearly pressing and whatever Robin, Steverson, & Sparks are doing isn't helping based on the length of this slump. We're quickly approaching the point of firing someone simply to stir some s*** up.

No one is getting fired nor should they be

Yep, Steverson's working wonders for the 2nd straight year with this offense.
