Surprisingly, Montgomery (.718 OPS) has still been better than Grichuk (.651 OPS) against righties this season.

At this point we need Grichuk playing every day and let the cards fall where they will.

Feels unrealistic to me to expect a sweep of even the Rockies based on how the sox have looked this month. Would love for them to prove me wrong.

Even if we are two back after today, we aren’t out of the division race. Let’s say we win the same amount against KC that Cleveland does. Then we sweep Colorado and Boston takes 2 of 3 from Cleveland. None of that is unrealistic. It would just feel a lot worse to be 2 back because Cleveland got to play their easy series (A’s) first.
