The first two predictions there were WILDLY off base...although you were right about Davis Martin for two months. But BOLD predictions were meant to be hyperbolic on purpose. That wasn't the "regular" predictions thread. Like saying Mune would hit 50-60 homers or Braden would win RoY...Sean Burke and Vargas would get Cy Young and MVP votes, etc.

Longer....won't come anywhere close to 100 games lost.

But it might change the opinion of fans being equally on the side of the owners coming into this season...and put more pressure on ownership groups in OAK Cincy Pitt KC COL Baltimore Minnesota LAA, Miami, etc., to be more competitive without getting bailed out by a new collective bargaining agreement.
