Oh for sure. I'd screw over all those loser millionaires on my team, and of course those worthless scum fans would receive the brunt of it at my own personal benefit. Is Ron Kittle the last Sox prospect to hit 40 HRs in one minor league season? Robert hit 32 in 2019. I can't recall anybody else coming close. Ron Kittle hit 50 in AAA in 1982 and 40 HR in AA in 1981. 3 more HRs for Bonemer, would surpass Robert for maybe the most since Kittle 44 years ago?

Sure, they wouldn’t and it won’t. However, the MVP Award should be based on performance and the fact is that PCA (8 WAR) has accumulated 1.4 WAR more than Ohtani (6.6) thus far. That’s insane. Hell, Yordan Alvarez is in third and he’s only at 5.6 WAR. Like you said, salary won’t be a factor but PCA is earning $894K this year and $115 million over the next 6 years. That’s insane.

I think there was more then 24K. There thousands of people who used free game vouchers for this game. The lines to redeem vouchers were all the way to 35th street from parking lot B. I asked one of the attendants what the line was for he explained it was to redeem game vouchers. Not sure if those people were counted within the 24K

24k attendance - pretty good for a middle of the week game against an opponent that isn't a big draw (Dodgers, Yankees, division rival, etc.). They might make it to 2M attendance this year barring a total collapse by the team, though I'm sure the weeknight attendance numbers will take a hit once school starts.
