I'm not sure what they can do to fit Mack in with the salary cap. I'd imagine they are pretty tapped out since they have to pay Simmons something like 7 million this year. I think Mack's pro-rated salary is $8 million, so they'd have to kick the can on someone's contract to make room.

The first two games were nailbiters and game 4 went into extra innings after the Rays came back in the bottom of the 9th. The Brewers are also a very exciting team to watch. MLB needs to get away from the mindset that games are only interesting if one of the big market teams are involved. It's a 30-team league.
