Thank God!

Ricky must have skipped class in manager school when they were teaching lineup construction.

Speed wins many games IMO.

I guess we need nine switch hitters.

He will never be allowed to walk away. He extends or he is traded are his only options. He needs to be sure Boris has his best interest at heart. Boris sometimes loses big as well.

A little early to know. Sometimes I think option #2 is obvious...sometimes he shows flashes. He will get the rest of the year to show us if he has a starters future.

McCann has helped with making this season a resounding success.

Our needs of starting pitching and right fielder are obvious. I think Rick will fill them adequately. The front office knows better than us the window opens in 2020 and doesn't stay open forever. Jerry is 83 and knows this is the last chance for Chicago baseball immortality. At least...I hope he gives a crap.

Ya think.

Third rope is a charm for McCann.

One more inning and Nova will have another quality start. He annoys me but does do adequately a reasonable percentage of the time. He wasn't brought here to be an ace...just an innings eater.

And he does it slowly.

That was a no doubt about it homer.

Getting better defensively every day.

Reed is a BIG dude.

Get it over with.?

Nova throwing strikes...keep it up.

So did I. McCann's was a rope.

A ding.

I'm Jonesing to get Anderson back in the lineup.

I live in Michigan so these West Coast teams are 10pm starts. Game has to be good or I won't make the finish.

There is no such thing as a troll with over 34,000 posts. It's hard to stay that involved in your favorite team much less one you are just goofing around with. Secondly, I think Greg has plenty of company as the type of fan who wants to try and win every game in every year no matter how unlikely. Rebuilds are really hard to sit through. Lastly, none of us like it when our favorite player or players are traded. We like our guys no matter what. They may be bums but they are our bums. Like most of you I thought the rebuild was necessary and past do. I hated to trade Sale and Q...and to a lessor degree Eaton. Trading the established good guys is how you get multiple young good guys in return. We are now at the final stages and we are all anxious to get to the winning stage. These final trades or acquisitions are going to be interesting as we will get a glance into Hahn's thinking. I encourage you to get off Greg's back. He's a White Sox fan...I'm a White Sox fan...you all are White Sox fans. There aren't that many of us so we need to stick together.
