Yea well, my daughter sent me a text thanking me for making her a Sox fan . not sure how i feel about that.

The first time that i walked into the New Comiskey, i thought that i was walking into Yankee Stadium.

I've gone from anger to apathy, wandered around a bit, and ended up lost in a deep sadness . you would think all of the years of bad White Sox teams, would make you immune to this, but it doesn't.

I've been a huge fan of Adam Engel for years, because i love outfield defense, but the more that i think about that play, the angrier i get . what the hell happened to Engel . he used to play with abandon, much like Aaron Rowand, my 2nd favorite center fielder of all time . where's the football player in him that used to show . a few years ago Adam would have made that catch and worried about the wall after . yea, there have been a lot of injuries, but you can't play the game afraid of getting hurt . this entire team is like that now . teams that play that way end up, well , like the White Sox this year.

Just going to enjoy watching baseball . once you come to the realization that no playoffs are forthcoming, then you don't have to go through the emotion angst after every game . it's just baseball.

Yea, yet another streaming media service that i don't need, I have so many, and Peacock has nothing that i want.

I love the way Abreu plays the game . like yesterday with his hammy giving him trouble . he doesn't run off the field, to the training room, during play, he stiffs it out . and he's the one guy that i want at the plate with the game on the line . most of these other guys just seem like filler to me now . I thought that Robert was going to be the center fielder that I have been waiting my entire life for, but it appears that he's just another frail flower . what an absolute disappointment this team has been.

Right now Moncada is the player that i had always hoped he would be . hope that it lasts.

I read where La Russa said Luis Robert was sore after swinging a bat yesterday and received an injection to deal with inflammation . wondering just what exactly is wrong with him.

I've been a huge fan of Steve Stone since he was on ABC back in 80's, and on ESPN in 2004 . he explains the game so well . I didn't like Jason Benetti at first, but now i miss him when he off.

When Moncada get the game winner 2 nights in a row, against one of the best teams in baseball, it really does seem as though the worm has indeed turned . they seem to be really into the game now, where before it appeared as though they were only going through the motions . was August 16th the turning point in the season? .
