Had my annual upper endoscopy today. Only bad part is the sore throat I have for the next 24 hours.

I think it should of been a blessing for the Cardinals game to get rained out today. No way I start Weaver tomorrow. Skip him for Suppan and than Carpenter in Game 2. But LaRussa is sticking to his guns and throwing Weaver in Game 1. What a joke. Of course if Weaver throws 6 shut out innings and St. Louis wins game 1, I'll delete my post.
