I've got an extension that randomly generates different browser names... Throwing off website tracking info.... It says I'm currently running Mozilla SpaceCheat. I've customized the random options so it's always a variable of the Cheat.
  9. Willie had 2 months where he had more WALKS than hits.
  10. The first week of July the Sox hit sub 200 as a team. The writing was on the wall then.

  14. Not limitted to just pitchers. (lifted from my blog) I made a post last night where I stated that no player contributed to the demise of the Sox more than Joe Crede. Maybe that's a little harsh, but he's been the worst everyday third baseman in the AL this year. Before tonight, he was only better than Eric Hinske after the ASB. Maybe there was like some really bad radioactive dirt on the left side of our infield, because the same thing can be said of Jose Valentin too. He has been the worst offensive shortstop in the AL since the break. Aw hell, some of it must have spread across to the second base side of the bag too. Guess who's been the worst offensive 2B in the second half. Maybe Joe Borchard makes sand castles in the radioactive dirt, cuz he's been afflicted too. Seriously, how pitiful is that? The Sox have 4 position players with at least 150 PA's since the ASB who have been the worst at their respective positions at the simplest measure of offensive prowess. I'm going to take a break from bashing Timo Perez after realizing that one.
  15. I think the candidates are Takatsu Crosby Madritch Cabrera - Baltimore.(he was really good before getting worn down and being pretty bad -- Made his debut against Chicago winning 1-0) Greinke
  16. Actually Lew Ford is not. he spent too many days on the roster last season. So even though he didn't have the # of AB's to disqualify him from rookie status. Time on the bench cost him the award.
  17. My feeling is that they are married to their third baseman that they choose for next season for 2 years... It will be at least that long before Josh Fields can be ready. And there will not be another FA class for thirdbasemen like the one that's about to happen anytime soon.
  18. It is his highest RBI total against any one team, and one off of his highest HR total against any one team. FWIW.
  19. easy enough. .259/.318/.475 -- 8HR's and 31RBI in 158 AB's
  20. That's because the air is so thin in Chicago ... Top two HR teams @ home in baseball.
