In that AB, bonds crushed a 99MPH fastball into McCovey Cove, but foul. On the next pitch, he adjusted his swing timing, and CRUSHED a 99MPH fastball into the stands in right center. -- There is no other hitter in Baseball who can do that. Sure tons of guys can hit a 99MPH fastball, and they can hit it a long way too, but not off of Gagne, not when they have to protect against a 73MPH Sharp-breaking curveball. That's just freakish skill there.

He is only in his 3-year of Pro ball.

Neal's Inherited runner stats 6-Inherited runners, in 4 games, 3 of them in scoring position when he entered -- 1 crossed home plate. That one run was in the game that buerhle gave up 7 runs in the first inning, so bust on him.

Your "cotts to AAA" post was made on April 12th -- on that date Neal had pitched a grand total of 3 innings recieving only one inheritted runner, who DID NOT score... he allowed two hits and 1 BB in that time frame, while striking out two. I don't have a "crush" on the guy -- He can play. Plain and simple -- You do seem to have it out for him though --
