That's largely related to pauly's speed, or rather lack thereof. Pualy is featured on the recieving end of more "web gems" than any other player in baseball because of his lack of speed... Pauly would hit .50 points better if he had Lee's speed, thats just in the number of bang-bang plays that go against Slownerko.

I'd like for him to continue to work on his plate discipline at AAA, and see if he can approach the mostrous numbers he put up in his first 2 pro seasons. Only if he is starting to approach his previous numbers, and Rowand continues his struggle, do i call him up.

The Discounts for HS/College students is a great Idea -- They have disposable income for the first time in thier lives, and are looking for some "fun" way to use it -- If you hook 'em then, you've got 'em for life. Movie prices are around $10 -- If you give students tix at that same price (upper deck, of course) you'll attract a whole new crowd. I know when I was in HS, I really got tired of going to the movies every weekend...
