I can't see Torre back with the Yanks next season, win or lose. Win and I think he's likely to retire or take a year off. I heard him earlier this year saying he wasn't having any fun. hey what's the scene down there, is everyone a marlin fanatic now? I heard on sportcenter they were expecting almost a 50-50 split in the fans at the game. That being said this is the only time of the year anyone in miami would admit to going to a baseball game.

Thankfully he can't cook wortha darn,Couldn't even make Macaroni & cheese out of the box. However about once a month I eat sunday dinner with his family. I'll have to be on the lookout then.

So with the weather being great last night I decided to have a little BBQ before the football game and invite a few friends over. Good Beer, Good Food, Good Friends, Not a good game. 3 outta 4 ain't bad. So I'm cookin' up some burgers. I'm almost done. But the burgers on the outside edge of the grill, which aren't getting direct heat, still need some more time. Then the gas goes out, bone dry. So one of my friends volunteers to eat the undercooked burgers(He always orders his rare anyways). I just called him a few minutes ago; we were going to go out and watch the gmae tonight. He was up all night. Went to the hospital at 4 in the morning. Feels fine now. But boy he's pissed at me. I called everyone else, No other reports of food related illness. One was really hungover. So I think since i'm not going out tonight. I've still got some burgers left. Anyone wana come over and havea few burger and brews.

I can't believe no one has said Reno 911 yet. Maybe that's only funny to me and my friends. I almost never watch sitcoms anymore, but that show makes me laugh harder than anything else on TV right now. Other than that I gotta go with PTI Playmakers Law and Order on Sunday nights... I love that guy. No not like that. I just like the way he KNOWS he's smarter than everyone and is an asshole about it. I wish I could act like that more.

Not a Michigan fan here. But I LOVE Big Ten football, so I see alot of thier games. I don't think michigan is "playing weak". I think Carr (Lloyd, not david) has cost them. They have what i think is a top 5 offensive line, Clearly the best in the Big Ten. In that Iowa loss They didn't run the ball in the second half. If Michigan doesn't run the table the rest of the year Carr will be looking for a new job. On the other hand Some of the best coaches in College football have come out of the Iowa system.. Ferentz, Alvarez, Stoops. I don't think Iowa looked bad this weekend. They had 2 bad plays that cost them the game. In a game with 2 evenly matched, defensively dominated teams, that's going to be the difference. I also think Purdue is going to take the Big Ten. Although there is no way they go undefeated in big ten play. SoxHeads.... It sucks being a clone fan. The last half of last season and all of this. 2 years in a row they are going to play almost the toughest schedule in the nation. Oklahoma, Texas, and Nebraska in three straight weeks??? Who the hell made this schedule. Whoever it is, they're a sadist.

OK so I read the article and now i feel dumb. Here's an Excerpt I thought etymology was a misspelling of Entomology, the study of insects. So i began to wonder what etymology meant. There's no way you should put grossman in with this kind of offensive line. It would seriously hinder his development. I know that watching from the sidelines doesn't help as much as actually participating. But, He has a better chance of ending up with a joe thiesman type injury, than he does of winning an actual game.

So far this has been the best playoffs I can remember. But I doubt it will be remebered that way. The World Series is what everyone remembers. The Series has to be a great one to make this year a great playoff year.
