Not perfect at all. However, I've never attacked a defenseless human being from behind. And I've never said anything about people who drink beer. You say 30 days for assaulting an innocent man, and I say 10 years. 1841.25 days for them (or, 5 years and 15 days). 10 years may sound harsh, and maybe it is -- but we need to be proactive in this country when it comes to crime. Now that this appears to be a more-than-once-in-a-blue-moon occurance, we can stop further incidents before they start. Stiff and serious jail sentences would, IMO, accomplish that. That's more story, and I'm st-st-sticking to it. Someday you will find yourself in a situation you regret looking for a little grace. I hope you get as much grace as you give. It's a wonderful change. I've often thought the KW was drowning the real JM. I think there is a really good manager in there, somewhere. I ripped on him for not getting upset before so now I have to praise him for doing the right thing and putting up a fight for the team.

This team is playing like JM manages..... has been since 2001 and I will continue to say that because of constant mediocrity and underachieving, JM must be fired before the end of April..... before it's too late..... if the White Sox plan on winning the AL Central. I'm starting to come around to your way of thinking on JM. The team hasn't shown any passion for quite some time now. I think we need someone that will light a fire under their asses and see who jumps. Why does he even bother getting up off his ass if that is all he is going to do. I've always liked JM but if pulls that zen crap to many more times I'm jumping on the Fire Jerry bandwagon. I'd have asked the ump to change the call. Then, when he refused I'd go on a tirade. When he kicked me out I'd have told him to think of me when he watches the replay tonight and realizes he's incompetent at his job.

There is usually about 37,000 at Wrigley Field that you could ask this question to. LOL... I really, really hate smoking. I don't do it in the house or in the car. I get maybe 3 chances at work so it's such a waste. I just can't seem to let the last couple of the day go. I smoke a pack a week! geez steff hang with me.. i quit in january and only slipped off once since then.. of course it was opening day and i had to have a cigar......(does that really count as smoking??)..........oh i had a cigarette too then i think......i dont remember.. but i woke up the next afternoon and my throat hurt so i assume thats why........ ...........anyhow ... good luck and if you need support just hollar and ill be here for ya........ I quit about two years ago and havent touched a cigarette since. And no, cigars don't count.

The "kid" has been in the League for awhile now. How long do you give a guy, kid or not, before you pull the plug and admit he may be a bust? Not much longer..... IMHO. Why does it matter where he's been playing. If he had been playing in the minors all this time and just came up you wouldn't want to be getting rid of him.

That was last year..... or was it two years ago ? i think its a continual thing... each year hes breakin out.. with what we have no idea............. Acne. I'm telling you he's just a kid. He deserves more time.

I'm with you on this one. Jon will get his crap together. I was hoping it would be this year, and it still might be, but even if it isn't he is still really young. There is plenty of time left before calling him a bust.

I almost don't even know where to start with this one. Of all the stupid ass s*** I did as a teenager I am having a really hard time narrowing down the list. We'll start with this one. My girlfriend worked at a computer shop in this strip mall during the day one summer. It was a small little independant deal so she was the only employee other than the owner so she had a key to lock up with and knew the security codes and all that. She also worked at the grocery store that was across the parking lot in this strip mall. Her dad was really strict so we would have to sneak around to get in some "private time" if you know what I mean. She lived really close to the strip mall so she would walk back and forth from work. Long story short I would meet here when she would get off work from the grocery story and go across the parking lot to the computer shop where she would use her key to get us in and we would make ourselves "comfortable" in the back room. Well I guess someone tipped off the cops that someone was dealing drugs out of one of the stores so they were staking out the place. So, when they saw us go in and not turn on the lights or anything they figured they found their dealers. So we were just getting started when there was a loud pounding on the front door. It was the cops wanting to see what was going on. We tried to wait them out for a few minutes but they weren't going away. So I sent my girlfriend out to try to play it off while I bravely hid under the table in the back room. The cops wanted to come in of course, and she wasn't about to tell them no, so they came in to look around. When they found me under the table they politely asked me to come out, with my hands up and their guns pointed at me. "But officer I'm not selling drugs, I'm just trying to get laid." Luckily her boss was cool and let us off the hook when the cops called him. Our parents never found out.

Lets see, I will give you the short version. Met this girl, fell in love. She was extremely jealous of my ex. We had problems, we broke up twice, but we always stayed best friends. Anways, for a 5 month period, 2 months of which we were together, she was seeing another guy. She waited until just recently, 7 months later, to tell me about it. The reason I am even considering taking her back, is we really love eachother. Yeah, like i said, its the dumbest thing ive ever done................. This kinda thing is happening across the county..Girls taking back absuvive boyfriends who treat them like s***, and guys taking back chicks even after cheating on him or whatever. Why do you think it would be stupid to take her back? You think she will cheat on you again, or is it she lied to you and stuff? If you can't trust her, AVOID at all costs. You don't need that aggravation and side s*** hampering your life. Yeah trust is the issue, of course. It was a tough decision, but i let her know tonight, that i just cant take her back. As much as we love eachother, trust will always be an issue,now. And by the way, she officially cheated on me when we werent together. The cheating isnt the issue, its the trust. Three words... DON'T DO IT!
