Sheets would probably do well in Korea.

Sox at Guards Jo Noah was right about Cleveland game thread 7/2
Certainly not throwing. Two terrible throws towards home plate, two runs allowed.

6/30 Sox vs. Rocks 1:10 PM
This was a battle of the losers and it showed with the lack of execution and lack of clutch hitting on both sides.

6/30 Sox vs. Rocks 1:10 PM
DeJong had a terrible offensive game 0-6. Failure to hit to the right side with men at second was a big problem. Should have won in the bottom of the ninth with better execution.

Half season evaluations - Bummer trade
Braves announcers on this weeks game were thanking the Sox for Bummer, and praising Bummer for being one of only two pitchers this season in MLB with no barrels. Maybe Bummer also needed a change of scenery and has a better surrounding cast in ATL which is helping him. In hindsight, maybe we should have kept him in view of how erratic our pen has been with a bunch of journeymen.

I love” You can put it on the board..Yes!,”. The good old days.

6/29 Sox vs. Rocks 1:10 PM
This series is the battle for the lucky losers title. So far the Sox are winning. Both teams have been interchangeably bad, could be the Chicago Rockies and the Colorado White Sox, could not tell much of a difference before, but the Sox are pulling away lately.

6/29 Sox vs. Rocks 1:10 PM
Particularly in a home run friendly stadium like GRF, and with no shift more ground ball outs.

Agree. Can’t understand why Pedro keeps playing Maldonado in a lost season, and not give the youngsters the opportunity to play as they are the future, not a Maldonado and his .100 line.

That’s great. Imagine if we would still have Cease, ReyLo and Bummer, our season would be a different story. Padres and Braves are thanking the Sox. ReyLo ERA 1.70 lowest for a starter in MLB, Bummer only one of two pitchers in MLB with no barrels this season, and Cease has a 3.84 ERA with 125 Ks. I hope we got some good returns for these guys, beyond a salary dump.

Crochet DeJong Fedde Vaughn Pillar listed among Top 13 trade candidates at MLB.com
Agree. And Bummer only one of two MLB relievers this season with no barrels. ReyLo has the best starting pitcher ERA in MLB of 1.70. Braves are thanking the Sox.

6/24 - Los Angeles Peg Entwistles @ Chicago Resurrection Marys - 7:10 pm, Paxton v. Crochet
The empty seats maybe were bought by the Sox in a phantom accounting deal. JR is an accountant and lawyer. Then they could technically call it a sellout.

6/24 - Los Angeles Peg Entwistles @ Chicago Resurrection Marys - 7:10 pm, Paxton v. Crochet
Worse than now, which is really really bad.

6/24 - Los Angeles Peg Entwistles @ Chicago Resurrection Marys - 7:10 pm, Paxton v. Crochet
They need to showcase Crochet to get maximum haul at trade deadline, and they better get a super big haul for a 25 yr old top two pitcher, with 2 years of cheap control. Let’s not give him away.

6/21 - Sox v Kitty Cats @ 5:40 CST
Biggest wet dream of the year.

6/21 - Sox v Kitty Cats @ 5:40 CST
Because he is going thrushes motions, and Grifol has not done a thing to correct it.
-
6/21 - Sox v Kitty Cats @ 5:40 CST
Biggest brain fart of the year. Team is not focused. Just going thru the motions. Robert swings are the plate have been pathetic. The buck on the field stops with Grifol. What more does he needs to do to get fired? The man is just a bad manager.

6/20 - Houston Cloud Column vs. Chicago Bean 1:10 pm
Sosa has looked pretty bad at 3rd base lately, very porous.

6/20 - Houston Cloud Column vs. Chicago Bean 1:10 pm
Was Pedro referring to the White Sox fan asses.?

6/20 - Houston Cloud Column vs. Chicago Bean 1:10 pm
That is also below the Maldonado line equivalent of 10% of runners.

Cubs bullpen is awful as well. Chicago malady this season.
-
6/20 - Houston Cloud Column vs. Chicago Bean 1:10 pm
Maldonado up to .090, almost reaching the 0.100 Maldonado line. Still he looks more like a football lineman than a baseball player. He must be pushing 275 lbs.

Sox Stat of the Day 6/20...
Our relievers are prone to giving up walks and homers, not good for their trade.

Sox @ D-Backs 6/14
And paired up with Gordo was even more painful to hear.

Vaughn at first is not too much to talk home about either. I believe he is also too short for a 1B. He could not grab a high chopper at first tonight.
