first I think it's important to note that for the past month you've heard fairly directly from both Pedro and me and others, that we realize we have, we had a bit of a culture problem in this clubhouse. I have a feeling that as much as the roster gets beat up, rightfully so, the organization can’t put them in the right situation to succeed.
