I don't even know what to say about OT. I have no idea what the key to winning would be.

I'm speechless. Badger, it's all yours.

AND THATS A WHITE SOX WINNER!
There's no way in the world Oz could have left Matt in to face A Rod. Matt looks like just another body this year, not at all like the Matt of old.

Crawford with more money saves. If we could just muster one goal, one damn goal.

Bad karma today from all my Chi friends mocking Luongo as well as all the bum of the week votes he got on the Grobber last night. Damn.

Those 2 catches ... wow. I love Sergio, but wow, he better buy Lilly a few beers. Matt still isn't dealing at all. Paulie with the bit hit again.

If this was a boxing match, Vancouver would be up big on points. I'm still holding out hope we can slop in a goal to tie it?

Crawford has been amazing; we're not even testting Luongo.

Maybe you are right about Hawks being tired. No offense still. Not crisp.

QUOTE (Soxbadger @ Apr 27, 2011 -> 03:53 AM) The difference is one team can keep the puck in the zone and the other team lets every puck get by them. My hockey knowledge is not deep enough to really get critical here, but I just dont understand what the Hawks defensemen are doing on offense. They just have to keep those pucks in the zone. Yes, this game so far for sure. It hasn't been that way the last 3 games, however. This game, the Canucks are playing like the Canucks. The Hawks are teetering on the brink of it being OVA. It probably should be 4-0 right now. Crawford was amazing in period No. 2. It definitely should be 2-0 at least, that's why I still think we have a chance. If the Hawks play like they want it and tie it up ... wow. Do we all agree it's OVA if Vancouver takes a 2-0 lead?

QUOTE (bulokis @ Apr 27, 2011 -> 03:50 AM) Vancouver is playing more desperate. Hawks better wake up if not for Crawford we be down by more than a goal I would agree with that. Vancouver is playing for keeps. Thing is, at 1-0, if we could slop in a goal in the third, all bets are off. Might shake them a bit and their fans.

QUOTE (RockRaines @ Apr 27, 2011 -> 03:47 AM) Vancouver is just deeper than us, we are exhausted. Maybe. I don't know about the exhausted thing. The offense has certainly sucked, however.

The bad news after two periods is ... • Hawks have been outplayed and outhustled with so few scoring opportunities. The good news is ... • Only down 1-0, still have a chance. Crawford can't keep this up forever, however. Canucks are going to score again if they keep up this frenetic pace. Hawks have to score early in the third. It's been all Vancouver so far, YET IT'S ONLY 1-0!

Offense has been pretty lousy since Luongo returned last game. That goal we got was amazing in Game Six. We're not testing him much.

White Sox (Floyd) v. Yankees (Nova) 6:05pm
QUOTE (fathom @ Apr 27, 2011 -> 02:45 AM) No, they really don't. I have a feeling Girardi looked at Granderson's career numbers against Thornton, and decided to bunt. Then why it is written in the manager's book, 'play to tie at home and win on the road.' teams bunt in that situation.

White Sox (Floyd) v. Yankees (Nova) 6:05pm
QUOTE (Harry Chappas @ Apr 27, 2011 -> 02:32 AM) He bunted to get to Tex and A ROD not Omar and Pierre. So what, every manager bunts in that situation no matter what and yet Oz gets ripped by Sox fans on here when he does it.

White Sox (Floyd) v. Yankees (Nova) 6:05pm
Oz gets no credit for this win? He managed very very well in a game the offense stunk again. By the way, yes the Yankees bunted in the ninth inning as Oz also woulda done. People think Oz is so different. It called for a bunt so NY bunted.
